Valentine Brownies

50 g butter
120 g unsweetened chocolate, chopped
120 g semisweet chocolate, chopped
125 ml = 65 g all-purpose flour
125 ml = 65 g unsweetened cocoa
1/2 tsp (=teelusikall.) salt
6 eggs
2 1/2 dl granulated sugar
2 1/2 dl packed brown sugar
2 tsp (=teelusikall.) vanilla extract

1. Preheat oven to 180 - 200 C. Line pan with baking paper.

2. In saucepan, melt butter an chocolates on low, stirrin. Remove from heat.

3. IOn bowl, whisk flour, cocoa, and salt. In large bowl, withb mixer on high speed, beat eggs until blended. Gradually add sugars; beat 10 minutes or until tripled in volume.

4. Fold in chocolates and vanilla, then flour mixture. Pour into pan. Bake 28 to 32 minutes or until tootthpick inserted near center comes out almost clean. Cool. Makes 16 servings.
