A dry fruit milkshake is the perfect drink
It is made out of different kids of nuts and dry fruits, you'll find this drink rich in iron, calcium and proteins. Not only that this milkshake is totally sugar-free!
INGREDIENTS:
6-7 dates, pitted
2-3 dry figs
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup almonds
1 tbsp honey (or more)
2-1/2 cups chilled milk
hot/warm water (for soaking)
DIRECTIONS:
Soak dry fruits and nuts in warm water for 25-30 minutes or overnight.
After 30 minutes drain water from nuts and dry fruits. (they should be softer and moister than before)
In a blender blend nuts and dry fruits, honey and 1/2 cup milk into a thick paste.
Once blended add the rest of the milk and blend again.
Serve cold with ice and topped with chopped nuts.
